ACT Health and Community Services Directorate (HCSD) is seeking a Senior Director, Workforce Management to lead workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and capability development across the Directorate. You will provide expert guidance to staff, Managers and Senior Executives and shape human resource policies and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert technical and strategic advice on a broad range of workforce matters to staff, Managers and Senior Executives.
• Lead development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and initiatives.
• Drive strategic direction with the Executive Branch Manager to deliver effective people solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the Directorate, ACT Public Service, unions and external organisations.
• Lead high-level negotiations and collaboration to achieve positive outcomes.
• Oversee and develop team members, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
