Job summary

Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) seeks a values-driven leader to join the People, Capability and Culture team as Director Workforce Services. Shape workforce strategy, influence culture and support people, performance and service delivery across WA’s health system.

You will lead HR, industrial relations and talent acquisition, offer expert advice on employment matters and champion contemporary workforce practices within a multi-site public health organisation.

Qualifications

• Accomplished leader with extensive experience managing HR and industrial relations advisory services in a large, complex organisation.
• Sound judgement, strategic insight and a collaborative leadership style.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.
• Public sector/health experience valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive contemporary workforce strategies and organisational change.
• Strengthen governance, compliance and risk management using data insights.
• Lead HR, industrial relations and talent acquisition teams across CAHS.
• Build partnerships across CAHS and WA Health system.
