Queensland Ambulance Service is seeking an Executive Director Workforce to provide senior leadership across the HR function, driving workforce capability, performance and safety. You will oversee policy, governance and HR services, managing a team of about 80 HR professionals and external provider relationships.

The role requires high-level strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and demonstrated capacity to lead change and transformation within a large public sector organisation.

Competenze

• Proven track record leading workforce strategies in a complex service organisation.
• Executive level consulting, communication and interpersonal skills for partnerships and change.
• Experience in planning, resource and budget management, project management, evidence-based decision making and performance feedback.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and manage change and innovation.
• Experience in HR, employee and industrial relations, health and safety governance, and managing external SLAs.
• Experience representing a large organisation in forums with internal and external stakeholders.
