Job summary

Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is seeking a values-driven Director Workforce Services to shape workforce strategy and support the people, performance and services that enable high-quality care for WA children, young people and families.

You will lead HR, industrial relations and talent acquisition teams across multiple sites, partnering with executives to deliver strategic initiatives, improve workforce capability and ensure compliance with WA Health policies and public sector

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in HR, workforce strategy and employment relations.

Responsibilities

• Drive contemporary workforce strategies and organisational change.
• Strengthen governance, compliance, assurance and risk management using data insights.
• Lead and develop teams across HR, IR and talent acquisition, fostering a values-driven culture.
• Build partnerships across CAHS and WA Health, representing the service in workforce forums.
• Oversee service delivery with key providers to meet recruitment, pre-employment screening and payroll needs.
