Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Director, Origination in Sydney to lead major development deals from inception to execution. You will shape strategic opportunities, coordinate across Customer Success, Development, Finance, Legal and Operations, and guide teams to secure best commercial outcomes.

You’ll drive rigorous business cases, assess risks, and influence senior stakeholders and partners while upholding AirTrunk’s safety, sustainability and high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience originating, structuring and negotiating complex development, infrastructure or real estate opportunities.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams through high-value deals.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including business case development and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead material opportunities from initial formation through approval with a clear rationale and owner.
• Translate customer requirements into robust business cases and align internal stakeholders.
• Direct negotiations and refine AirTrunk’s commercial position across opportunities.
• Prepare thorough handovers to delivery teams and coach cross-functional colleagues.
