Job summary

People2people - Melbourne seeks an experienced Director, Case Management Delivery to lead a large-scale technology transformation within a Victorian State Government environment. You will drive end-to-end delivery of a complex case management program, oversee procurement activities, and manage vendor relationships, providing strategic leadership across the program lifecycle in a highly governed setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs (roughly $20M budget).
• Proven procurement, commercial, and contract management expertise with complex vendors.
• Delivery through systems integrators and multi-vendor environments.
• Experience in highly governed government or similar settings is highly regarded.
• Extensive senior stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, technical, and business functions.
• Strong governance, risk management, and program controls knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex case management transformation program.
• Drive procurement and commercial activities including vendor selection and negotiations.
• Manage systems integrators and third-party vendors and ensure performance.
• Provide leadership across governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement processes.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across product, technical, delivery and business functions.
• Align delivery outcomes with strategic objectives in collaboration with executives.
• Establish delivery frameworks, controls and reporting for the program.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues in a complex environment.
