Department of Communities and Justice NSW is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead complex digital, technology-enabled and business transformation initiatives across Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery.

This senior role offers the opportunity to shape services that improve access to justice and operational efficiency, guiding multidisciplinary teams through planning, procurement, design, implementation and benefits realisation.

• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex digital projects.
• Establish governance, reporting, assurance, risk and benefits management.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources and procurement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and negotiate outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based advice on issues and options.
• Coach multidisciplinary teams and embed change.
• Monitor performance and apply lessons learned to improve delivery.
