News Corp Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 12-month contract to drive a key workstream in a major transformation program. You will lead large-scale initiatives implementing new video, content, asset and rights management capabilities for our newsroom teams.

The role requires a proven leader with a track record delivering digital and technology-driven transformation, strong stakeholder engagement, and solid business acumen in a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end business transformation projects.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects on time and budget.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to define strategic outcomes, goals, and success criteria.
• Lead delivery team to plan scope, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure value for money across services.
• Identify and mitigate risks, approve scope/schedule/budget changes.
• Manage platform and financial resources to maximise ROI and outcomes.
• Provide ongoing visibility of progress to local and global leadership.
