Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman has partnered with a leading Australian university to recruit a Senior Project Manager to deliver two strategic digital transformation initiatives that will enhance the student and staff digital experience.

You will lead two interconnected projects within the student ecosystem, including a student-facing digital experience (website, portal, mobile app) and a staff-facing initiative to improve tools, knowledge and content management.

Qualifications

• Hybrid Project Manager / Product Delivery Lead experience in complex digital environments.
• Platform-based digital transformation experience and leadership.
• Exposure to higher education or large enterprise with federated stakeholders is a plus.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with shared ownership and strong governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple digital transformation projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and governance.
• Build relationships with business, technical and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across diverse groups.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Change Managers.
• Support requirements definition and solution validation.
• Ensure smooth transition of new capabilities into BAU.
