Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking a Digital Systems Advisor to partner with internal business units, mapping operational needs to effective workflows and reliable enterprise solutions.

You will mentor teams, support ERP and ECM platforms, and help implement data governance, security, and reporting practices. This role focuses on design, configuration, and continuous improvement of digital systems across the organisation in Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital solutions and business analysis.
• Knowledge of ECM/records management.
• Experience mentoring or guiding staff.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary Information Systems degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize enterprise systems workflows.
• Guide internal teams on information governance and data security standards.
• Coordinate system testing, documentation, and user adoption training.
• Mentor and supervise direct reports in digital systems.
• Partner with service managers to map operational needs to workflows.
