Qualifications

• Recent agency experience desirable
• Strong understanding of the local Melbourne digital media ecosystem
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
• Outstanding ability to convert client briefs into digital marketing plans
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and manage a small team of juniors and support the Performance Director
• Implement the strategic vision for the paid media department
• Develop and implement planning, QA and processes for your team
• Create digitally-led and performance-driven solutions
• Work directly with clients
• Champion the Performance team and delivery of all paid media work
• Contribute to strategic client decisions and be accountable for juniors’ performance
• Be a voice of leadership for your team
