Job summary

RO Digital is seeking a Digital / Senior Digital Account Manager in Sydney. You will own day-to-day relationships on major accounts, briefing creators, coordinating content production, and driving performance across paid social channels.

You’ll leverage your digital marketing expertise to develop strategies, roadmaps, and data-driven optimisations, always aligning with client KPIs. You’ll collaborate with a production team, manage content from concept to delivery, and grow accounts with a focus

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.
• Ability to translate business problems into digital opportunities.
• Experience in agency account management or digital strategy (≈3 years).
• Wamiliarity with approved AI tools is a plus.
• Content or influencer campaign experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build deep client knowledge about their business, competitors, customers and market landscape.
• Collaborate with inhouse producer and creators to develop videography, photography, design, UGC and influencer content.
• Source, brief and manage creators and influencers, including contracts and usage rights.
• Amplify creator content through paid social and report on performance.
• Own day-to-day client relationship across major accounts and projects.
• Develop market-leading strategies for new business opportunities and existing clients.
• Set quarterly account roadmaps aligned to client KPIs and objectives.
• Coordinate with operations to deliver campaigns with thorough briefing and clear communication.
• Interpret results and surface insights to drive performance beyond KPIs.
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts and expand scopes.
