Job summary

NP Digital Australia is seeking a seasoned Manager, Paid Media to lead our performance media initiatives and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive client success. This senior role emphasizes strategic thinking and hands-on oversight of complex ad platforms.

The position offers hybrid work with an onsite day in Melbourne and growth opportunities as we expand our APAC footprint. 5–6 years in digital marketing and Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and Social.
• Proven experience managing high-value client initiatives and multi-million dollar annual spends.
• Deep knowledge of eComm, Lead-Gen, and Retail marketing tactics.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused, action-oriented mindset.
• Must have full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Own tactic strategy across a book of business and coordinate with channel leaders to ensure integrated client success.
• Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of 1-3 direct reports, including Managers and Specialists.
• Develop testing roadmaps and participate in high-level creative briefing and performance readouts.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for C-level client contacts, providing independent guidance and growth projections.
• Assist in developing standard processes, procedures, and training modules to improve agency efficiency.
