WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

In this senior role, you'll lead a small team while remaining hands‑on with campaign implementation across Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Bing, and other platforms. You'll manage day‑to‑day client relationships locally and globally, ensuring clear communication and high client satisfaction. You'll develop and execute digital marketing strategies, optimise campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

You’ll analyse client websites to identify opportunities for better conversion rates and present performance insights and recommendations to clients through reports and presentations. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll refine and enhance strategies to ensure campaigns consistently deliver measurable results.

This role combines leadership with hands‑on execution, so we’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for performance media.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing and optimising paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team
