Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of paid search and paid social campaigns. You will be responsible for driving the agency's global presence through strategic media buying and campaign optimisation. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in paid media, strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and a passion for performance marketing. This position is based in the Gold Coast, Australia and offers a salary between $100K - $120K plus superannuation.

Are you a hands-on digital marketing specialist with a passion for performance marketing? We are on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager for our client. You will take charge in building end-to-end campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of paid search and paid social campaigns to expand the agency's global presence. From strategy and media buying through to implementation and optimisation, you’ll take ownership of campaign performance and ensure results are consistently met. You’ll liaise closely with the senior leadership team, building long-term strategies and providing regular reporting and insights. You will make an impact on the agency's global presence, and take ownership of their performance campaigns.
