Salt is seeking a senior digital marketing leader in Sydney to drive digital experience, website performance, and growth initiatives across multiple brands. You will own the website roadmap, lead performance marketing, and manage budgets and agency partners in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Reporting to GM-level leadership, you will translate data into actionable commercial insights, lead digital marketing teams, and shape the future digital capability of the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital experience, marketing, or digital transformation.
• Experience owning websites or digital products as conversion channels.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and metrics including CAC, CPA, ROAS.
