Job summary

Woolworths Group in Australia seeks a Senior Manager to lead digital content delivery and product data, guiding two core teams for front-end customer experiences and back-end data governance. This 12-month fixed-term role drives AI-enabled automation and strategic data enrichment across the Woolworths app and website.

You will partner with key stakeholders from Food eCom, Partnerhub, EDM/Healthylife, Digital Experience and AU Food to shape content strategy, governance and transformational

Qualifications

Experience leading digital content/experience programs at scale.
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong data governance and product data content experience.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership over end-to-end app and website content experience and define customer-first journeys.
Direct leadership of 2 Managers and 1 Lead with 11 indirect reports; oversee 4 matrixed delivery team members.
Own enterprise site governance, guidelines, and automated risk mitigation processes.
Lead AI-driven content enrichment and automation initiatives to improve speed and quality.
