Woolworths Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Automation and Agentic Assistant in Sydney. You will architect a digital-first strategy, embed Agentic AI into the customer journey, and lead a cross-functional squad to deliver a highly personalised, proactive support ecosystem.

You will partner with retail and loyalty brands to translate complex tech into business value, while mentoring analysts and driving ROI-driven outcomes in a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own long-term roadmap for Agentic Assistant and Digital Self-Service.
• Deliver multi-modal, proactive support across web, app, chatbot and voice.
• Lead engineers, data scientists, designers, business analysts in a high-performance squad.
• Partner with Woolworths Group brands to embed digital-first journeys.
• Mentor and guide Business Analysts for career growth.
