Ipswich City Council seeks a Senior Digital Business Systems Analyst to shape enterprise platforms across the iVolve program. You will support, improve, and provide expert advice on key systems including Confirm, WorkDay, Aurion and Beakon within asset management, safety, HR and payroll modules.
You will liaise with stakeholders, map requirements to user stories, coordinate SaaS upgrades, and help drive roadmaps and incident resolution.
As Senior Digital Business Systems Analyst you will play a key role in shaping the future of critical enterprise platforms that support the delivery of services across the organisation. In this ongoing position you will join the Digital Business Systems team and be responsible for the support, continuous improvement and provision of expert advice for our key systems deployed through our iVolve Program of work.
Our iVolve program currently covers Asset Management, Safety, HR and Payroll and looking for experts with experience in at least one or more of these four areas, preferably with experience in Confirm, WorkDay, Aurion and/or Beakon.

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary commencing at $126,481 plus 12.5% superannuation.
