Join City of Moreton Bay as a key leader in our major ERP transformation program and help deliver a modern, fit‑for‑purpose system that empowers our teams to provide the services that shape and enrich our communities - today and into the future.

It's a great time to come on board. We’re in the early formation stages of building this dedicated project team, and this role will be front‑and‑centre in driving its success. Our executive leadership has identified this transformation as a top organisational priority, with strong support, clear commitment and the resources needed to do it right.

Our enterprise system (TechOne) was implemented several years ago - we’ve moved past the initial migration challenges and short‑term workarounds. Now, we’re ready to step back, rethink and rebuild. This is your opportunity to lead the redesign of a critical system, moving beyond “good enough” to create a high‑performing platform that truly supports our growth and sets us up for long‑term success.

From scope development, stakeholder engagement and contract negotiation, through delivery, adoption and post‑implementation reviews - you’ll have the visibility and voice to influence outcomes and drive results.
