Baby Bunting Pty is seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital team on a six-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on leading digital and eCommerce initiatives, translating business needs into practical solutions, and partnering with Product, Technology and CX to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

You'll work cross-functionally in a hybrid Melbourne environment, shaping requirements, facilitating workshops, and delivering delivery-ready documentation across

Qualifications

• Senior/ Digital BA with experience in digital, eCommerce or technology environments
• Solid eCommerce experience with online customer journeys, conversion and gifting experiences
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and deliver documentation in delivery-ready form

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis activities across complex digital and eCommerce initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to uncover business needs
• Translate requirements into high-quality user stories and functional specs
• Work with Product/CX, UX, Delivery Lead, developers and QA throughout the lifecycle
• Analyse existing processes to improve customer and business outcomes
• Support discovery, solution design, testing and implementation activities
• Balance competing stakeholder priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate across integrated platforms and journeys
• Act as trusted adviser to business and technology stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices
