Flybuys is hiring a Technical Business Analyst - Data for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Melbourne. You will partner with Product Managers and dispersed agile teams to translate business priorities into detailed data and technical requirements, monitor risks, and drive data-informed decisions.

You will contribute to process standardisation, model business processes, and support IT with practical solutions while ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience aligned to BABOK and Agile methods.
• Experience delivering data projects or technical projects.
• Ability to work with dispersed agile teams to deliver value.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Working knowledge of SQL in complex data environments.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues identified through analysis.
• Break down business priorities into detailed requirements with Product Manager.
• Manage requirements across Platform team and flex squads.
• Capture business requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Perform data analysis to inform stakeholder decisions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align on goals.
• Contribute to standardising software development processes.
• Analyse and model business processes for improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions that meet needs.
• Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes.
