LUSH is hiring a Digital Business Analyst - APAC in Sydney. This permanent, full-time hybrid role links APAC operations with the digital platforms team and drives detailed planning for ecommerce and retail systems.

You will translate vision into actionable plans for dev teams, work across loyalty, POS, stock, web/app ecommerce, manufacturing and internal tools, and perform data-driven testing and issue exploration with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Role requires defining solutions within a technical development environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring, testing and troubleshooting digital platforms and integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially with engineers and international teams.
• Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organised, logical and solutions-focused with tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Ability to work in ambiguity with pragmatism.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with Digital leadership, stakeholders and developers to realise the vision.
• Determine APAC market requirements for changes to processes and systems.
• Create, manage and maintain detailed tickets for development teams.
• Capture, analyse and document requirements, supporting delivery.
• Assess how new features affect systems, data and processes.
• Carry out cost-benefit analysis and identify risks.
• Support administration and configuration of platforms.
• Test changes before go-live and investigate issues before escalation.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing systems before building new ones.
