Job summary

CatholicCare Central Queensland in Rockhampton is seeking a Senior Domestic and Family Violence Practice Lead to shape and oversee the DFV operating model, including practice frameworks, governance, risk management and quality assurance. You will build workforce capability and drive system integration across DFV programs.

Regular travel within the Diocese is required; applicants must have full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Senior DFV leadership experience required.
• Ability to design and implement practice frameworks.
• Strong governance, risk management and QA experience.
• Demonstrated capability to build workforce capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide organisation wide leadership in DFV practice.
• Lead review, design and refinement of the DFV operating model.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and QA across programs.
• Develop supervision and capability development for team leaders.
• Engage funders and partners with outcomes narratives and improvement.
• Interpret strategy and policy to embed DFV frameworks.
