Ambrose Construct Group in Queensland is seeking a Senior Desktop Building Estimator to join our Kunda Park office. You will be the 2IC to the National VA / Tenders Leader, integrating estimating, technical auditing, and virtual assessments to drive right-first-time outcomes on complex insurance projects.

This office-based role emphasizes leadership, team performance, and mentoring others while keeping you connected to the technical work you enjoy.

*PLEASE NOTE: This is an Office Based Role*

You’ll operate as 2IC to the National VA / Tenders Leader, sitting at the centre of national repair outcomes combining estimating, technical auditing, and virtual assessments to drive “right first time” results across complex insurance projects.

Beyond your own workload, you’ll play a key role in supporting team performance, improving consistency, and acting as an escalation point for complex scope and methodology decisions.
