Job summary

Ambrose Construct Group in Cairns is seeking an Estimator Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team. You will report to the Construction Manager and begin learning how to estimate, schedule and supervise trades and repairs.

This role offers career growth within a KPI-driven environment and a competitive remuneration package with a vehicle, fuel card, iPhone, iPad, uniform and equipment. Insurance or estimating experience is not essential as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Carpentry or strong building-related experience (Essential).
• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction and QBCC Supervisors Licence (Essential).
• Willing to learn estimating, scheduling and supervision.
• Basic understanding of building practices; NCC/WHS advantageous but can be taught.
• Confident with computers and mobile devices; learn new systems quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive with a strong work ethic and safety focus.
• KPI-driven team environment.
