Job summary

Ambrose Construct Group is seeking an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our team in Airlie Beach or Mackay. You will estimate, schedule and supervise insurance building repairs, managing projects from start to finish and ensuring quality and efficiency.

You will work closely with the Construction Manager, build strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders, and deliver outstanding customer service while resolving issues and meeting KPIs using our leading systems.

Qualifications

• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction is essential.
• Willingness to obtain QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.
• Cert III in Carpentry is highly regarded.
• Current White Card and Driver Licence are required.
• Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising repairs.
• Knowledge of NCC, building regulations, and WHS requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills and fast learner of new systems.

Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
