We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Officer - End User Computing (EUC) to provide onsite and remote IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands- on experience in desktop support, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and IT service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 desktop and EUC support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or other IT ticketing tools.
• Perform device installation, configuration, deployment, upgrades, and break/fix activities.
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and MECM/SCCM for endpoint management.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Assist with endpoint security, MFA, BitLocker, antivirus, and system recovery.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate device replacements, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Prioritise incidents, meet SLA requirements, and escalation complex issues when necessary.
• Provide meeting room and conference room technology support.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC, or IT End User Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Hands- on experience with Active Directory, Intune, and MECM/SCCM.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service model
