You will manage busy appointment books, coordinate patient care, oversee stock and infection control, and work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Extensive chairside assisting and reception experience in Australia.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage busy appointment books and patient communications.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality chairside assistance across general and advanced dental procedures
• Managing reception, appointment scheduling and patient enquiries
• Overseeing daily workflows and supporting team members
• Managing dental stock, ordering and supplier relationships
• Supporting clinicians with surgical and complex treatment preparation
• Managing patient recalls, payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining high standards of infection control and surgery preparation
• Taking initiative to identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
• Working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
