About the role

You'll be the first smile our patients see and the voice that makes them feel comfortable from their very first phone call.

Your responsibilities will include:

About you

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience.

You'll also have:

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Confidence using dental practice software (D4W, EXACT or similar is advantageous)

• Professional presentation

• A positive, proactive attitude

• The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment

• High attention to detail

• A team-first mindset
