Job summary

CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape analytics across the organisation. You will design and improve reporting solutions using Power BI, Azure and Fabric, guiding decision-making with senior stakeholders.

You’ll lead governance, data quality and reporting transformation initiatives, while mentoring others and ensuring robust controls across the reporting landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Data Analyst, Senior Reporting Analyst or BI Analyst role.
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting using Power BI, Azure and/or Fabric.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience in reporting transformation, self-service reporting and platform migration.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, reconciliations and controls.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports and analytics solutions with testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather and prioritise reporting and analytics requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across reporting environments (Power BI, Azure, Fabric).
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Ensure data quality, governance and documentation for reporting projects.
• Lead report validation, UAT and business acceptance activities.
