Job summary

CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape enterprise reporting and analytics. You will design, develop and improve BI solutions, lead governance and data quality efforts, and mentor the team across Power BI, Azure and Fabric environments.

Work is hybrid/remote-friendly with a focus on stakeholder engagement and delivering actionable insights to guide decision-making across the organisation. The role offers flexibility and meaningful community impact in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and self-service reporting.
• Strong SQL and data quality governance skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specs and stories.
• Experience leading reporting transformation initiatives and platform migrations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather reporting requirements.
• Design and develop BI solutions across Power BI and Fabric.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and controls for reporting.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring in a data environment.
• Drive reporting transformation and platform migration projects.
• Build dashboards and reports for self-service analytics.
