CoAct seeks a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape the future of reporting across the organisation with a remote-first, hybrid-friendly setup.

You’ll lead enterprise reporting initiatives using Power BI, Azure and Fabric, translate business needs into actionable insights, and mentor teams while upholding data governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise reporting, analytics or data warehousing solutions.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure and Fabric.
• Strong SQL skills and data quality governance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather, document and prioritise reporting, analytics and business intelligence requirements.
• Define business requirements, KPIs, metrics, rules and reporting outcomes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on Power BI and Fabric reporting environments.
• Analyse existing reporting solutions and identify consolidation, redesign or migration opportunities.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, management reports and self-service reporting solutions.
• Maintain reporting governance and data quality standards and documentation.
• Lead report validation, user acceptance testing and business acceptance activities.
• Identify reporting risks, data discrepancies and improvement opportunities; propose practical solutions.
