Job summary

CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape reporting across the organisation. You’ll lead BI design, develop dashboards and partner with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.

You’ll drive reporting governance, data quality and BI platform transitions while mentoring others and delivering self-service reporting solutions in a hybrid, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in data analytics, reporting or BI.
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience with self-service reporting and platform migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather BI requirements.
• Define business requirements, KPIs, metrics, and reporting outcomes.
• Translate needs into functional specs, user stories and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Power BI, Azure and Fabric reporting environments.
• Analyse existing reporting and recommend consolidation, redesign, migration or retirement.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reports.
• Support governance, data quality standards and reporting controls.
• Lead validation, UAT and business acceptance activities.
