CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape the future of reporting from a flexible, remote‑friendly base. You will lead BI initiatives, design dashboards, and drive data governance while collaborating with stakeholders across Australia.

The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to influence decision making with modern tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will mentor teams, translate business needs into technical specs, and ensure reporting quality, resilience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and implement data quality and data governance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
