CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to drive data and reporting maturity across the organisation. You will design, develop and govern BI solutions, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable dashboards and insights.

In this role you’ll lead the transition from legacy reporting to Power BI and Fabric-based environments, ensure data quality, and mentor team members while delivering self-service reporting that supports informed decisions across Australia.

Formación

• Senior data/BI role experience required.
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics with Power BI, Azure and Fabric.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience supporting reporting transformation initiatives and platform migrations.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, reconciliations and controls.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating into practical reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports and analytical solutions with testing and UAT.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring in data and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather BI requirements.
• Define business requirements, KPIs and reporting outcomes.
• Translate needs into specs, user stories and reports.
• Provide technical leadership in Power BI and Fabric reporting environments.
• Analyze existing reports and advise on consolidation, redesign, migration or retirement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
• Support natural language query reporting with governed data.
• Use SQL to validate data and resolve issues.
• Maintain reporting governance and data quality standards.
• Lead report validation, testing and UAT activities.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across the team.
• Build relationships across business and tech teams to deliver reporting outcomes.
