The role emphasizes practical delivery and collaboration with Data Science, Analytics, and Product peers. You will mentor 8–10 engineers, manage multi-million-dollar partner delivery, and champion automation,

Qualificações

• Proven leadership of data engineering teams (8–10 direct reports) and ecosystem level thinking.
• Strong cloud data platform expertise with GCP and Databricks, governance tools.
• Experience translating architecture into production-ready pipelines and models.

Responsabilidades

• System delivery enablement with self-service templates and CI/CD checks.
• Engineering IP guardianship of backend data assets and blueprints.
• People capability leadership of 8–10 data engineers.
• Vendor governance with fixed-outcome SOWs and acceptance criteria.
• Data reliability through observability and data quality monitoring.
• Cloud compute efficiency with automated cost/resource guardrails.
• Pragmatic delivery momentum and retirement of legacy debt.
• Modern workflow automation using Generative AI tooling.
