TheDriveGroup is partnering with a high-growth AI-focused technology organisation to shape scalable AI capabilities within a large enterprise platform. We’re seeking experienced engineers who can bridge architecture, delivery and leadership across product, data, and engineering teams.

You will design and mentor as you lead AI-driven architecture, deploy cloud-native solutions, and drive governance and best practices to ensure reliable, scalable performance in production environments.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering and solution architecture within modern technology environments.
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI-enabled applications at scale.
• Hands-on exposure to generative AI and/or agentic AI systems in production environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and software design principles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience working within enterprise web application environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the architecture and integration of AI-driven capabilities across enterprise software products.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging generative AI and emerging agentic AI patterns.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
• Guide cloud-native AI deployments across modern infrastructure environments.
• Establish architectural standards, engineering best practices, and technical governance.
• Support evaluation, monitoring, and optimisation of AI systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the broader development function.
