Vinova are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge customers, sales and delivery teams across Australia. You'll translate customer needs into practical engineering solutions for hyperscale data centres and critical infrastructure.

Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra, the role involves leading technical discussions, workshops and design reviews with major clients, ensuring proposed solutions balance performance, cost and schedule.

Qualifications

• Data centre, critical infrastructure or mission-critical engineering experience
• Electrical, mechanical, controls or civil engineering background
• Strong understanding of data centre engineering principles and design architecture
• Customer-facing solutions, pre-sales, post-sales or technical bid experience
• Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for hyperscale and major data centre customers
• Lead customer workshops, technical reviews and engineering discussions
• Translate customer requirements into clear engineering briefs for internal design teams
