Job summary

Logical in Sydney seeks a senior Technical Consultant to join its IT infrastructure and storage practice. The role is primarily remote with client site and datacentre visits, focusing on post-sales delivery and collaboration with sellers to implement technical services for business partners.

You will lead technology knowledge transfer to clients and partner staff, operating in both internal and external-facing capacities. An on-call rotation occurs roughly every four weeks with compensation.

Qualifications

• Senior IT consultant with post-sales focus.
• Experience validating business requirements and translating them into designs.
• Design, implement, configure and manage IT infrastructure and networks.
• Generate and review technical proposals and documentation (design docs).
• Position and present technology solutions to clients.
• Capable of training and guiding team members.
• Manage accounts/projects to see solutions through end-to-end.
• Demonstrate end-to-end problem resolution and data-driven decisions.
• Experience in ICT support environments and meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are working with a growing IT consultancy who specialise in IT infrastructure and storage. Due to a recent retirement and future growth, our client is looking for a senior level Technical Consultant to join their team in Sydney. Primarily working remote with some client site and datacentre visits.

The focus of this role is to work in a post-sales capacity with primary focus being to collaborate with sellers and deliver technical services to business partners on a transactional and project basis. Secondly, to deliver technology skills transfer to clients and business partner technical personnel. This role is internal and external facing.

This role will require on-call assistance 1 in every 4 weeks. This time is compensated on top of your salary.
