Qualifications

• Extensive architectural experience specifically on data centres.
• Strong understanding of technical, operational and security requirements of mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience coordinating large, highly serviced buildings.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and work directly with sophisticated external clients.
• Strong consultant coordination and project delivery capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-moving project environments.
• Registration as an architect is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate significant hyperscale data centre projects.
• Collaborate with external clients to lead operational, technical and commercial requirements.
• Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams and complex project interfaces.
• Oversee design development, technical resolution and documentation.
• Monitor project programmes, deliverables and key milestones.
• Identify potential design and coordination issues before delivery.
• Provide clear and confident advice to clients and project stakeholders.
• Mentor architects and technical team members.
