Job summary

Full Circle Partners seeks an experienced Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect to design and build the EC Digital Hub, a central data platform connecting seven systems within a live capital project. You will own both architecture and hands-on implementation across ingestion, modeling, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will work with Databricks, AWS, Fivetran and dbt, delivering a unified data layer and governance across the engineering ecosystem. Perth-based, with direct stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building a centralized data hub across multiple systems.
• Hands-on capability with cloud data platforms (Databricks, AWS) and ELT patterns.
• Proficiency in data modeling with dbt and AI-enabled data workflows.
• Experience with LLM/AI agents (e.g., AWS Bedrock) for natural-language tasks.
• Knowledge of identity and access (OIDC/OAuth2) and data residency/security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the EC Digital Hub across modules: UI, AI Agent, Data Layer.
• Ingest data from Primavera P6, Coupa, Anaplan, Pronto, and Risk Manager using connectors.
• Model data with Bronze-Silver-Gold patterns using dbt.
• Develop AI Agent module for draft generation and classification with human review gates.
• Deliver the Progress Tracking Module using Primavera P6/Synchro Perform data until validation.
