Job summary

Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data Hosting Platform Engineering team in Melbourne. You will design, build and optimise modern data solutions that support analytics, AI, fraud detection and customer intelligence across enterprise platforms.

You will work with Snowflake, AWS and Python to deliver scalable data products, drive automation, and mentor colleagues while collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex data challenges and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Snowflake with SQL and Python.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT tooling and data modelling.
