Reo Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead D365 CE delivery, configure CE applications, and mentor others within a growing Microsoft practice. You will own a functional workstream, drive requirements, and coordinate with architects, developers and process owners across projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on CE configuration, Power Platform usage, and ongoing contribution to practice growth in a hybrid Auckland setting.

Qualifications

• Delivered D365 CE implementations in a senior functional capacity.
• Experience using Power Platform to support CE requirements in projects.
• Ability to elicit requirements and translate them into actionable work streams.

Responsabilités

• Own a D365 CE functional workstream from requirements through acceptance and release.
• Coordinate with process owners to document decisions and priorities.
• Develop user stories and functional details for delivery teams.
• Configure CE apps and determine when Power Platform extensions are needed.
• Plan consulting activities with the project manager and manage dependencies.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to achieve workable outcomes.
• Guide clients through testing, training, and early adoption.
• Identify delivery obstacles and secure timely decisions.
