Job summary

Reo Group Inc. in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead D365 CE delivery and mentor others. You will own a functional workstream, elicit requirements, and configure CE apps, coordinating with architects and developers to deliver polished solutions.

You will work in a hybrid setup with two to three days in the office, earning NZD 160,000–180,000 annually, and you will expand Power Platform and Copilot usage across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Delivered D365 CE implementations in a senior functional capacity.
• Able to elicit requirements and translate them into actionable work.
• Experience across testing and release stages in customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Own a D365 CE functional workstream from requirements to acceptance.
• Identify underlying issues with process owners and document decisions.
• Develop user stories and functional detail for delivery teams.
• Configure CE applications and assess Power Platform extensions.
• Plan consulting activities with the project manager and manage dependencies.
• Collaborate with architects and developers for workable outcomes.
• Guide customers through functional testing, training, and early adoption.
• Anticipate delivery obstacles and secure timely decisions.
• Mentor colleagues and share practical knowledge within the team.
• Explore automation and AI opportunities to improve processes.
