Job summary

Reo Group Inc in Auckland seeks a Senior Functional Consultant to own a D365 CE workstream, configure CE apps and guide delivery through testing and release.

You will collaborate with process owners, project managers, architects, and developers in a hybrid environment, contributing to the Microsoft practice and expanding Power Platform capabilities. Relocation and sponsorship are considered for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Delivered D365 CE implementations in a senior functional capacity.
• Able to elicit requirements and translate them into actionable work items.
• Experience guiding delivery teams and coordinating with architects and developers.

Responsibilities

• Own a D365 CE functional workstream from requirements to acceptance.
• Work with process owners to identify issues, priorities, and decisions.
• Develop user stories and functional details for delivery teams.
• Configure CE applications and determine when Power Platform extensions are needed.
• Plan consulting activities with the project manager and track dependencies.
• Guide teams through functional testing, training, and early adoption.
• Mentor colleagues and share practical knowledge within the team.
