Vertiv Co is seeking a Customer Service Project Coordinator in Sydney to manage orders from quote to invoice, coordinating with Sales, Planning and Operations. The role emphasizes proactive customer communication, issue resolution, and accurate invoicing within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills. ERP experience, especially Oracle, is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and match purchase orders and change orders.
• Support sales offices and assist with audit requests and file management.
