Nestlé Australia is seeking a commercially astute Senior Customer Business Manager to lead critical customer partnerships, influence commercial strategy and drive growth across iconic brands loved by Australians.

Reporting to the Head of Customer, you will create and deliver customer plans, lead annual business planning and negotiations, and build relationships across customer organisations and internal stakeholders to deliver strong sales and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of managing and growing major customer accounts in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales growth and manage trade investment.
• Experience leading complex commercial negotiations with large-scale retail partners.
• Ability to develop and execute customer growth strategies creating long-term value.
