Nestlé Australia is seeking an Account Executive to join our Corporate Sales team, supporting major retailers across Infant Nutrition, Nutrition & Health and Grocery. You will work with senior commercial leaders and help bring customer and category plans to life.

This role offers exposure to a broad customer portfolio, opportunities to lead promotional activities, analyse sales data, and partner across Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Field teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience and commercial mindset.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with CRM systems; CRM7 is a plus.
• Proficiency with data analysis and translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Bring customer and category plans to life across major retailers.
• Build and execute promotional plans to drive growth for Nestlé and customers.
• Analyse sales and customer data to uncover opportunities and guide decisions.
• Manage forecasts, trade spend and promotional calendars with precision.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Field teams for execution.
• Support customer reviews, product launches and ranging opportunities.
• Learn from results and help shape future plans.
