Nestlé Health & Nutrition is seeking a Commercial Manager, Medical to lead our ANZ Medical Nutrition portfolio, shaping strategy, commercial execution, and growth across Australia and New Zealand.

You will drive sales, profitability, and market share, identify opportunities in healthcare channels, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and initiatives. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial leadership, sales, marketing or general management.
• Experience within healthcare, medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or FMCG industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and teams.

As a member of the Nutrition & Health Leadership Team, you'll shape the future of Medical Nutrition, influence key business decisions, and lead a high-performing, talented team to deliver both commercial success and meaningful patient outcomes.
